The dispatching transport (72202) is the central unit for transport and handling activities. It coordinates and plans all the transport and handling requests received. In particular the dispatching transport manages the following activities :

• Handling activities for accelerators and experiments
• Transport of material on and between CERN sites
• Operation of the CERN car wash and petrol stations
• Vehicle renting
